Job Overview

We’re seeking a creative and hands-on Content and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about storytelling through video, photography, and social media. You’ll be on-site at various jobs, capturing content that highlights our process and posting it to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more to build awareness and trust with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit high-quality video clips of our projects from start to finish
  • Take engaging, well-composed photographs of crews, equipment, before/afters, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Create captivating content for social platforms (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.) to highly increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and post content regularly across social media channels
  • Monitor engagement and trends to refine content strategy
  • Organize and label footage/files for use across web and digital platforms
  • Occasionally interview team members or homeowners for testimonial-style content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals
  • Strategize and present ideas to the leadership team, provide insights and recommendations
  • Stay on top of platform trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite to optimize workflows and streamline content creation

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in creating content for social media (especially video-first platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook)
  • Proven knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and platform tools
  • Experience with video/photo editing software (i.e. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, etc.)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in active construction zones
  • Great eye for visual storytelling and detail
  • Self-starter who thrives with creative freedom
  • Basic analytics knowledge is a plus (knowing what performs and why)
  • Drone experience is a bonus
