Giancarlo and his crew were great. That said it would take 2 days to complete my roof and they were spot on. The gutters were replaced on the third day. Giancarlo was great to work with. I had CRS replace my roof with a brand new GAF roof. I had GAF for 25 years and wanted to stay with that vendor as the roof held up well for those years. We had a very difficult fall where it rained almost every week, CRS was very smart to follow the weather as they really wanted 3 solid non rain days which finally happened after a few weeks in September. They showed up every day on time and worked until the sun went down. The roof came out beautiful and the neighbors all love it, too. They rebuilt the 3 doghouses over the garage which needed new Hardi-plank and PVC trim molding as it all had rotted over time. That too came out very good, where the team did a very professional well done job. It too came out perfect. My only issue is I only have 1 roof to replace, but I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. A big shout out to Team Logan; starting with Chrissy, Curtis, Amanda, Kate, Mike, Marcel, and Rich. All helped to make a beautiful result.If anyone would like to speak to me about the job and my experience I would be happy to talk with you

Excellent service from the moment the estimate was given by Giancarlo. All members of the company were very professional and respectful both on site and as well as Amanda in the office. Roof turned out fantastic and glad I went with CRS. Very honest company and true to their word, and made good on a window screen and ring camera that was damaged. I don’t think another vendor would be so responsive to fix something that was damaged. I recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement, see you again in about 25 years.

The CRS Crew of around 12 arrived early in the morning and began working quickly and efficiently. At the end of the day our new beautiful roof was installed and there was no evidence that anyone was there! All debris collected and placed in the dumpster. I moved into a new house and had a roof that was installed wrong by the previous owners and about 40 years old. I called and analyzed about 8 companies and Gian Carlo was the quickest to get back to me, easiest to schedule a visit, showed up on time, and gave me an honest and fair estimate of the work I needed and how much it would cost. I trusted him immediately after seeing he wasn't going to take advantage of me like some of the other companies (who were charging anywhere from $7-20K more for the exact same things). When install day came his workers were here first thing in the morning and took care of everything from set up to clean up. They were done ahead of schedule and only took 2 days to complete ( I was quoted 3 and expecting 5). They did such a good job even my neighbors are using them! Gian Carlo was at my house every day to ensure every step was exactly like he told me it would be and we couldn't of been happier to have chosen Complete Roof System and worked with Gian Carlo and his team for our new roof and gutters.

Of all the companies we interviewed to replace our roof shingles, CRS' proposal was the most effective and reassuring. This is in large part due to the knowledgeable and good-natured attitude of their frontman, Giancarlo Reda, who plainly explained the process and also paid visits during the job to supervise.The roofing crew coordinated their tasks like synchronized swimmers on a tight deadline ... focused, precise and polite....like clockwork! They were respectful of our property, used quality materials, brought everything needed with them - including a dumpster, and a magnetic nail collector to catch strays. And they got the job done in record time -- two days. Bonus: they played no loud music while working...an added plus for us since we work from home.What really put it over for us was when we discovered in the eleventh hour that there had been a misstep in the process. I noticed an issue with the roof of my townhouse and CRS responding very quickly to to repair the roof within 24 hours of notifying them and ahead of severe rain storms. Not only did they respond quickly but also completed the required repair on during the weekend. As a result, I avoided water damage to my townhouse. Our roof was leaking and in need of repair. After calling several roofing companies for estimates, we met with Michael Stone of CRS, who was fast to respond to our call. Michael was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. After examining the roof, he explained all of our options. We decided to have the roof replaced since the damage was more extensive than we realized. Michael gave us a very competitive written estimate using top of the line materials. We made arrangements for the job to be completed. He even sent out his crew for a quick roof repair to prevent further damage to our house. Can't say enough GREAT things about CRS. Our roof was in bad shape - so bad, that when they took off the shingles, they found that all the wood was rotted. They jumped into action quickly, replaced the ENTIRE roof (plywood and all,) and were done in roughly a day and a half. Beautiful work, super clean, very respectful of our property and our privacy. The best part was having Giancarlo, our sales rep, on site throughout the process. He's a real professional, and followed up consistently throughout the process. Complete Roofing Systems was very helpful in helping us decide on which roofing system we wanted to use when replacing our old roof. The office was able to set us up with an appointment for an inspection of the roof and Giancarlos was very prompt to come out and inspect our roof. He was able to give us some recommendations and we went with the Owens Corning roofing system. Giancarlos was able to provide us with step by step information, visuals, and actual materials that would be used to replace the new roof. CRS was very knowledgeable and backed up their roof replacement with warranty. On the day of the roof replacement, the company including Giancarlos were on time and were able to remove the old roof shingles and complete the new roof in one day. They also cleaned up all of the old shingles and debris that fell on the property. Overall we are very satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, and the reliability of the company. After dealing with a few shady roofing salesmen I came across CRS Roofing. I put in for a quote on Sunday and Gian Carlo was out the next day to give us a quote. We had a terrible leaking issue that caused significant internal damage to our house. So, we didn’t just need a new roof, there was extensive rebuild that needed to be done around our chimney area requiring all new framing and installation of Hardy Board siding. Additionally, to ensure the problem was appropriately fixed, expert installation of the correct underlayment and flashing was needed to ensure the new roof would not fail the way our original one did.The day of installation, Orlando the manager of the install and crew showed up on time with a large team and they immediately started preparing things around our house to protect our extensive plantings and shrubs. It was such a hot day, but these guys worked diligently to get the job done same day.CRS is a professional company that has experienced and trained employees with quality equipment to ensure safety on the job, delivery of quality work and how to leave the job site spotless! Complete Roof Systems “CRS” is the best home improvement/roofing contractor I have ever worked with in the NJ area. The Complete Roof Systems team, including the office AND field personnel, were responsive, professional, courteous, considerate, and most importantly, darn good at their jobs!When I first called the CRS office admin, Marisela, and advised her that my roof had been damaged by another roofer, she modified her response to my inquiry for a consultation by notifying her superior, and instead of sending out the traditional estimator, she sent out the Complete Roofing Systems Director of Residential Services, Mr. Stone, who came out immediately to assess the damage. Now, that I look back on the situation, I am so pleased that the other roofing contractors we called to help us did not return our calls after we shared photos of the damage because no other roofer, in my opinion, could have resolved our issues the way Mr. Stone and his foreman, Orlando, did. CRS deserves a 10 star rating If Google had one.After several different quotes, I chose Complete Roofing Systems (CRS) a company established over 40 years ago to replace the shingles and three skylights on my 3000 sq foot roof. Although the cost was competitive, my goal and objective was to retain a local roofing company with deserved stellar reviews and personal recommendations. After an initial inspection, a detailed assessment of the cost, materials and work to be done was presented and discussed at corporate headquarters in Dumont. The level of professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of Giancarlo Reda aka John Carlos, Mike Stone and the entire staff was exceptional. Work was scheduled, materials were ordered and delivered on time. I chose Owens Corning,TruDefinition Duration Series shingles with the Platinum Protection Warranty option. Orlando Morochos and his roofing team showed up on time. The work and total cleanup, no nails were found, was completed in 2 days. The teams attention to detail and proper roofing and skylight replacement was extraordinary. A roof replacement is costly but a new report by the National Association of the Remodeling industry found that a new roof, properly installed, can potentially return a 109 percent profit on investment (ROE). CRS is truly an exceptional customer focused company with an exceptional staff that has completely exceeded my expectations. Do your research. Very grateful for all the hard work the team has put in in order to tie in the siding between the house and a newly put addition. The company that handled the installation of the addition didn't do anything to waterproof and seal the connections between the house and the addition. CRS had to put in several days of hard work to fix, seal and make everything look as one, make sure the roof and siding were waterproof and installed properly. Hired Complete Roofing Systems to replace my garage roof and highly recommend them. Joe was very responsive, came out to provide an estimate the day after I called him, and installed the roof the following week. I also got 6 quotes from local companies and his bid was a LOT less expensive. His crew came on time (even though it was raining) and finished in 1/2 day as promised. The clean up was so good that the only sign they'd even been here was the brand new roof.

CSR was pleasant and professional from start to finish. Giancarlo was very helpful with providing us what we needed and for the best price. This was our first time changing our roof and did not know where to start. We had damaged wood from leaks, a non ventilated attic, and deteriorating shingles.Giancarlo quickly fit us into his schedule for an inspection, got our needs and preferences, and was ready to have our roof changed within a day! I just had my roof completed by CRS -Complete Roof Systems. I initially consulted with Giancarlo. He was very professional and through when discussing the job and my requests. "G" answered all of my questions that day and called me back immediately when I called or emailed him with additional questions. "G" was also very cooperative with the start date of my job. He was always very patient.The day of the job they showed up on time, worked hard, and did an excellent job. The clean-up was amazing. I did not find one scrap of material on my property. The next day the dumpster was picked up before 8am. Shortly after that another truck pulled up and removed all left over materials. I cannot explain how impressed I am with this company. The men did a fantastic job. They were done in less then one day. For several days after installation we had very intense rain storms off and on for at least a week. Going up into the crawl space under the roof, I found not a drop of rain had gotten through what they had installed. Great Job as far as I'm concerned.

Despite a multitude of challenges outside of the control of the CRS team, Mike was able to coordinate and execute our project with little disruption. In today's market materials backorders are commonplace but the CRS team did a great job of staying on top of the manufacturers and distributors to get our project completed on budget. We love our new windows and siding, and we highly recommend CRS and their crew!

Meeting CRS has been a godsend for our house.Our residential house for some reason has a commercial style flat roof, and the damage on the roof was severe.I met both Curtis and Dean and they were amazing. They explained exactly why our house needed a commercial roofing system and provided many options to make sure that our choice would be one that we would be satisfied with.Everything they did just radiates professionalism. If I have any questions I can contact Curtis right away. Just three days after we signed the contract CRS showed up to do pre-construction inspections. They made sure to let us know everything that they found so that there would be no surprises. CRS definitely knows that communication is important and it shows in what they do.CRS will definitely be my goto roofer now that I know how professional they are.
