CRS Companies, a family-owned, local roofing company with over 48 years of experience in New Jersey, is seeking an Insulation Installer. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.

Responsibilities
Work with the team to install insulation in customers’ homes
Keep trucks, materials, and tools organized and clean
Represent our company and its brand with integrity, respect, and professionalism
Requirements
(No background checks necessary)
2 years of experience with blow in cellulose, fiberglass, or fiberglass batting
Basic air sealing and ventilation knowledge
Energy Star training a plus
Must understand and follow safety protocols
Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to lift and move heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to work in confined spaces as well as rooftop applications
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to other one-on-one
Ability to work with necessary tools
Ability to maintain equipment
Ability to keep trucks and materials organized
Ability to do prep work, take protective measures, and ensure quality and leave job sites clean
Detail-oriented and able to follow directions
A professional attitude and ability to work well with others
The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
