About The Role

Complete Roof Systems, a family-owned, local roofing company with over 45 years of experience in New Jersey, is seeking a Commercial Roof Repair Technician. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to leads to assess needs and repairs
  • Diagnose and repair issues with flat roofs
  • Represent our company and its brand with integrity, respect, and professionalism

Requirements

(No background checks necessary).

  • Commercial roofing experience required

  • Fluent in understanding and speaking English

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • A professional attitude

  • Dependable and has the ability to work independently

  • Adaptable and flexible — enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

  • Detail-oriented and able to follow directions

  • The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus
