About The Role

CRS Companies, a family-owned, local roofing company with over 48 years of experience in New Jersey, is seeking a Commercial Roof Repair Technician. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.

Responsibilities

Travel to leads to assess needs and repairs
Diagnose and repair issues with flat roofs
Represent our company and its brand with integrity, respect, and professionalism

Requirements

(No background checks necessary)

Commercial roofing experience required
Fluent in understanding and speaking English
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A professional attitude
Dependable and has the ability to work independently
Adaptable and flexible — enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
Detail-oriented and able to follow directions
The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus
