Asphalt roof. In very poor condition with numerous leaks. 

Options:

1. Remove the existing roof assembly and install a new roofing system of choice
2. Install a premium Carlisle TPO System

Scope of Work:

All old insulation and roofing material was removed and new insulation was installed. A Carlisle Sure-Weld Fully Adhered roof system was installed using 115mil Fleeceback TPO. All new flashings were installed along with a new non-penetrating metal edge. All work was covered by a manufacturer’s 20 year NDL warranty that included coverage for consequential damages.
