Existing Condition:

True Value’s distribution center is located next to the Manchester AirPort in a very high wind area. Special consideration was taken when designing a roof system that would address the harsh winters and high winds of this area. A PVC Wind Vented Roof System was chosen because of it’s proven track record handling these conditions.

110,000 sq ft.

Scope of Work:

The existing gravel surface was vacuumed off and left on the premise as per the customer’s request. A protective gravel mat was installed over the entire surface of the roof prior to the installation of a .060 white PVC Wind Vented Roof System. There are 99 skylights that we raise the curbs to better accommodate the large Manchester snow falls, fully flashed the curbs with PVC prior to installing new Sunoptics double hip & pyramid fixed skylights. The 110,00 sq ft roof took 13 working days from start to finish.
