• Complete removal and disposal of all existing roofing materials, including insulation.
• Installation of new insulation to meet current performance standards.
• Installation of a Carlisle Sure-Weld 60mil TPO Mechanically Fastened Roofing System.
• Installation of all new flashings to ensure watertight integrity.
• Installation of a new non-penetrating metal edge for enhanced durability and wind uplift protection.
