Existing Condition:
The house had a 23-year-old shingle roof and wood clapboard siding. The roof was leaking and the siding was rotting in several areas. All of the windows were very old and not operating well.

4,500 square feet
Scope of Work:
Remove all of the existing shingles, windows and siding material
A GAF Timberline “Ultra” lifetime shingle was installed with ridge vents for ventilation
A stone skirt was installed along the entire perimeter and around the entire main entry
Andersen windows were installed in place of the existing windows
Hardi-Plank siding with Azek composite trim boards were installed on the balance of the house
Warranty:
Golden Pledge Warranty. Lifetime on the roofing system and 25 year labor and workmanship warranty.
