Existing Condition:

The building was knocked down and a new building was constructed specifically for Longhorn Steakhouse.

Options:

There was only one option for this roofing project because this job was specified by an architect and Longhorn is a corporate account of Duro-Last.

Size of Roof:

5,500 sq ft.

Scope of Work:

Install 3.5” polyisocyanurate insulation directly over the wood deck and a Duro-Last Mechanically Fastened 50mil PVC roof system with a 15 year manufacturer’s warranty. GAF Timberline roof shingles were installed on all of the steep slope areas.
