Existing Condition:

The existing store was being renovated specifically for Chick-fil-A. As part of the renovation the roof was being impacted by all trades, therefore roof replacement was absolutely necessary.

Options:

There were no options besides one for this project. This job was specified by an architect and Chick-fil-A is a corporate account of Duro-Last.

Size of Roof:

3,500 sq ft

Scope of Work:

Remove the existing roof down to the steel deck. Install new 3.5” polyisocyanurate insulation and a Duro-Last 50mil Mechanically Fastened PVC roof system with a 15 year manufacturer’s warranty.
