After graduating from Castleton College in 1980, Ginna spent the first 20 years of her career in the Insurance industry; first as a field claims adjuster and eventually a claims department supervisor. In 2003, Ginna joined CRS as an office manager and quickly became hands on in all aspects of the day-to-day office operations. Recently, Ginna has been instrumental in incorporating an innovative time tracking system into CRS, enabling the company to efficiently track employee time, locations and costs.
