At my painting company, we have very high standards. So I only refer others who have similar standards in their industry. I’ve worked with Mike, Kelvin, and Chris, and I have always been impressed with every aspect of the service they’ve provided to my customers. The last customer I referred to them went out of his way to call me and tell me how impressively neat they left his property. I think that says it all. I confidently refer the CRS team whenever a customer of mine needs roofing or siding.

We had our exterior renovated a year ago by CRS and can say with confidence that they do exceptional, lasting work. From start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, hard-working and attentive to our needs. They completed our siding, roof, gutters, chimney flashing and attic insulation. CRS made the entire process seamless and they breathed new life into our home. When we received quotes from multiple companies, Dino was the only one who physically climbed onto our roof for an inspection and found that our ridge cap shingles were compromised. He came back to make the repair. In addition, he was the only representative who took the time to sit down with us and give us a true education on roof/siding replacement. Because this was our first home renovation project, we wanted to make sure we found the right contractors. CRS hit it out of the ballpark. Dino listened to all of our concerns and provided thoughtful solutions that covered everything from design questions to budgeting needs. It mattered that he gave us his time and responded honestly; his professionalism gave us confidence in moving forward with CRS. Our project manager Kelvin was communicative, professional and responsive. He held our hand every step of the way and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. All questions and concerns were addressed promptly and no question was too small, even when there were many. Kelvin would actually call me and talk things through, instead of texting an answer—that stood out to me. Pedro and Marcello were our foremen and their combined engineering and artistry helped make our vision come true. Pedro went above and beyond with such patience and craftsmanship that even to this day, I look at the details of our bay window trims and sconce mounting blocks (which he created from scratch) and marvel. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. The team came early everyday and made sure that once the roof came down, the waterproofing went up because the next day it did rain. They waited in their vans until the rain subsided and went back to work. Any time we had an ask, they went out of their way to answer. And they kept everything neat and tidy. Their commitment, skill and work ethic made me feel sure that we made the right choice. The work speaks for itself. We met the legendary Mike and learned so much just from talking with him. The team at CRS became like family to us and we can’t wait to work with them again. As I have recommended them to friends and family, I highly recommend CRS! And go with the Hardie siding, you won’t regret it.

CRS is the best. Second house we’ve used them for. They installed our roof 5 years ago, had a small fix that needed to be repaired and they are super prompt and treat their customers so well. Mike & Amanda are amazing to deal with. I will refer anyone I can to CRS!

In regard to my recent roof and gutter replacement project, CRS arrived and finished on time, their staff were very professional, efficient, and they worked hard (in extremely hot temperatures) to keep my home and property clean of debris. The work was done professionally, and I was kept well informed of any unforeseen developments that arose, and involved in the subsequent resolution of the same. Their pricing was also very competitive, and, I believe fair. Overall I was very satisfied with the work, and will recommend CRS in the future.

Met with Joe to get an estimate. He was thorough but quick (unlike my first estimate which took over 45 minutes). I was able to get a hold of Joe with questions and he always got back to me. On the day of installation, Joe met me at the house and his crew was finished by days end. Great service, great job.
