This review is long overdue as I did not leave it right away. It’s been 18 months since Complete Roof Systems did my roofing , siding, insulation and upgraded my ventilation.Had many companies out. Unfortunately most roofing companies are not qualified , shady , unprofessional , don’t have insurance and so on.Mike Stone was the most knowledgeable, professional and efficient person I have ever dealt with in my life when it comes to my home and doing business. He’s like a walking encyclopedia . The guy should really work for nasa or something.Our house is the nicest on the block now. I am saving so much money on utilities since the upgrade and my house is so much more energy efficient.His contracts are written perfect. He did everything that he said he was going to do. His crews are top notch.He was not the cheapest guy but he’s worth every single penny I promise you. Mike Stone and his team did a great job re-doing vertical vinyl siding for us. Mike took his measurements and gave us a fair quote next day. Lucas was our first point of contact, & he was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time explaining the full roof replacement process and gave us a great price in comparison to another company we’d received an estimate from. On the day of installation, the team showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. We have a cupola atop our garage which they had to remove prior to shingling that area. Before reattaching the cupola, they kindly made repairs to areas of it that were weathered, and we were very pleased with the outcome. Also, we have a skylight in our bathroom which ended up needing to be replaced. CRS gave us a great estimate, we agreed to move forward, and they were able to secure us a new skylight & have one of their guys come and oversee its installation – and all in a matter of a couple of hours. The whole job was completed in one day, and we look forward to many worry-free years of coverage now that we have our new roof! Plus, we feel confident that should anything go wrong (which we don’t anticipate it will) we are protected by a solid warranty.

Had a roof put on by CRS October 2023. The batch of shingles that were installed started to curl from a manufacture defect that nobody was aware of. CRS made good and came and re did the entire roof after I submitted claim paperwork to the manufacture of the shingles. Amanda in the CRS office helped me every step of the way and ensured I would not owe a penny to get it fixed. I’m not sure a smaller business would have ensured I would be made whole after a product defect (which was no fault to CRS at all) and probably would have left me with a major headache. CRS came through for the customer in the end and I can now enjoy a leak and curl free roof!

CRS installed my last roof in 1990 that was replaced in 2013 on one side due to a tornado after 23 years . The other side lasted until 2021 after 31 years ! also damaged by a hurricane so again I had to use homeowners insurance and had that side replaced so technically the roof could have lasted over thirty to 40 years , but the side replaced in 2013 started having problems after 9ish years because I was foolish for not calling CRS so I decided to use CRS again and it looks great . If not for tornadoes their roofing job from the late twentieth century 1990 might still be in place as it was bullet proof . Anything I asked for I had no trouble getting and no pushing sales gimmicks and knew about engineering problems related to my choices as to why they where a bad idea and it made perfect sense . Give them a call ...NOW !

This company is quite frankly the best I have ever worked with .,and I was a contractor myself 40yrs ago . I left my # for a quote late Saturday when they were closed. My call was returned at 8:00 a.m. Monday. It was like that thru the whole job! They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The crew that did the work were the best craftsmen I have seen in years! They were quick, clean and efficient! The property was spottles every knight when they left ,and when they finished you would be hard pressed to know they were there at all except now I have a BEAUTIFUL house!! Mike and I went thru the final check list there were 2 minor problems cause by others that were fixed in 2 hours. I used CRS for repairs on a commercial TPO roof related to leaks from HVAC penetrations (they did not install the roof). They conducted a thorough analysis, provided in-depth reports, and were available (on weekends, nights, and holidays) to answer any questions - all before paying them a single dollar. In vetting multiple roofers, they displayed the most professionalism, arrived at conclusions that were consistent with national, large-scale vendors, and most importantly provided solutions that were both cost-efficient and effective. They worked with me to execute these repairs on an urgent basis and even completed the project ahead of schedule, providing before-and-after pictures of their work (which was executed perfectly). After spending several weeks conductiing due diligence on and meeting with local and national roofers, I am thankful that I chose CRS for the job and highly recommend them.

I believe that our roofing project was probably one of the smaller ones that CRS handles (350 sq. ft. roof replacement) but that did not affect the high level of care they gave to this project throughout. Daniel listened carefully to the description of our needs and his kindness and accomodating nature were much appreciated. Amanda was always very nice and helpful in answering questions. Jonathan and his crew were meticulous while finishing the job in a single day. Their attention to workmanship details in every part of the process was clear. Terrible storm on 12/18/23. Large tree branch damaged our roof and pierced our bedroom ceiling. Called Mike Stone at CRS at 6:30 am. A few years ago water came in the house after a bad storm. Mike came to us by recommendation from a family member. He was fantastic to work with and got the roof done fast. CRS has replaced roofs at our apartment complexes throughout the years. Most recently they handled a larger job for us that went very smoothly. Mike Stone was available for any questions or issues that came up and communicated daily on progress. CRS is very easy to work with and gives good value for great work.

Giancarlo came to us when a tree fell on our roof and made an already stressful situation stressfree! He came the very next day and was very thorough! I can’t refer him enough.. he was knowledgeable and explained things from start to finish! This company and their workers are definitely the real deal. The completed the roof repair quickly and conscientiously. They checked the inside part of the roof for any weakened areas as well. The roof repair was due to the fact that the solar panels installed had to be reinstalled due to a roof leak.They were also patient with doing the service. Other expenses for my family was needed so holding off the work did not turned them off to provide them when it was time.It was pleasant to do business with them.

Giancarlo and his crew were great. That said it would take 2 days to complete my roof and they were spot on. The gutters were replaced on the third day. Giancarlo was great to work with. He is knowledgeable and helped me decide what was needed. His guys were professional and they did a great job. I recommend Complete Roof Systems to anyone that needs a new roof,Angelo Moscaritola

I had CRS replace my roof with a brand new GAF roof. I had GAF for 25 years and wanted to stay with that vendor as the roof held up well for those years. We had a very difficult fall where it rained almost every week, CRS was very smart to follow the weather as they really wanted 3 solid non rain days which finally happened after a few weeks in September. They showed up every day on time and worked until the sun went down. The roof came out beautiful and the neighbors all love it, too. They rebuilt the 3 doghouses over the garage which needed new Hardi-plank and PVC trim molding as it all had rotted over time. That too came out very good, where the team did a very professional well done job. It too came out perfect. My only issue is I only have 1 roof to replace, but I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. A big shout out to Team Logan; starting with Chrissy, Curtis, Amanda, Kate, Mike, Marcel, and Rich. CRS has done a wonderful job each time they have done work on our home. Giancarlo guided us from beginning to end. He was always available to address our questions and always had the answers. Giancarlo Reda and the CRS team did an excellent job installing our new roof (and gutters). Giancarlo was great to work with; he is knowledgeable, professional, considerate, accommodating and kept us informed every step of the way. He was also able to schedule us quickly. On the day of installation, the workers were prompt, efficient and very neat. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend CRS for your roofing needs.

I just had a new roof installed by CRS. Curtis was involved from the initial contract right through the installation and follow up. This company is super professional and the install crew were meticulous in detail. What drew me to them was the fact that they do much larger corporate jobs on an ongoing basis. They also are top tiered with the shingle manufacturers and can offer the best warranty protections available to the consumer. Thanks again for a great install!!

Daniel was fantastic! Not only was he professional, on time, friendly, and thorough, but he took the time to explain to me the issues with my roof with simple explanations and photos of the problem areas. We recently hired CRS for a roof repair. They came and replaced our attic fan, which was about 20 years old and making a lot of noise when it would turn on. The repair tech Daniel was on-time and friendly. Overall very happy with the experience.

The CRS Crew of around 12 arrived early in the morning and began working quickly and efficiently. At the end of the day our new beautiful roof was installed and there was no evidence that anyone was there! All debris collected and placed in the dumpster. GianCarlo is responsive, helpful, professional and a delight to work with. You can't go wrong with CRS!

I moved into a new house and had a roof that was installed wrong by the previous owners and about 40 years old. I called and analyzed about 8 companies and Gian Carlo was the quickest to get back to me, easiest to schedule a visit, showed up on time, and gave me an honest and fair estimate of the work I needed and how much it would cost. I trusted him immediately after seeing he wasn't going to take advantage of me like some of the other companies (who were charging anywhere from $7-20K more for the exact same things). When install day came his workers were here first thing in the morning and took care of everything from set up to clean up. They were done ahead of schedule and only took 2 days to complete ( I was quoted 3 and expecting 5). They did such a good job even my neighbors are using them! Gian Carlo was at my house every day to ensure every step was exactly like he told me it would be and we couldn't of been happier to have chosen Complete Roof System and worked with Gian Carlo and his team for our new roof and gutters.
