Mike Stone literally beat AI!!! I had seven companies evaluate and quote my roof. It was not an easy project and having a background in building I was very specific. I also used AI chat GPT to put together the most comprehensive system ever and come up with an abundance of questions and bullet points. All the other companies were embarrassing to listen to when tasked with the AI generated questions.Mike Stone and CRS literally not only answered everything spot on but they found flaws and mistakes in the AI and then backed up their claims with screenshots from Owens Corning handbook. We called CRS for an emergency tarp after our previous contractor refused to help us during a critical moment. Dino arrived in less than an hour and quickly secured our roof, providing the immediate support we desperately needed. We now have a beautiful roof! Responsive and helpful staff, supplying info and samples and addresses of roofs we were considering. Quick and clean work. We had some old, weirdly-sized skylights to deal with, and CRS figured out the best answers. And, when we were getting bids, they were the only company that actually looked into the attic to see what kind of venting we had. Or didn't have. Highly recommend.

What can I say? CRS was great to work with from start to finish. Mike Stone was patient through all of our questions and revisions, communicative, and ensured we understood the process. Kelvin was also communicative and great to work with, even walking through the house with me before the project started to answer questions about how installing siding, or replacing the roof could affect paintings on walls, recommending where we should take them off the internal walls just to be sure no damage was done. He was also very easy to work with and ensured I always understood what they already did, as well as next steps. And every crew member that came on our property was respectful and easy to work with as well. We had the roof, siding, gutters and front door replaced, as well as new attic insulation added; and again, every crew leader was also pleasant, even asking me to talk to them directly if I saw anything I wanted changed, or had questions about. There were a couple of minor punch list things to take care of, and Kelvin ensured those things were taken care of promptly, and with excellence.I highly recommend CRS. As I said to them - I've done business with several contractors over the years, and these guys were actually a pleasure to do business with. 5 stars all around!

I would definitely recommend CRS, I hired them for both a new roof and siding. Their costs were reasonable, they take pride in their work and do an excellent clean up. I had just one issue with a small part of the siding which was corrected. Coming back to leave another 5 star review for the whole CRS crew but especially Amanda who answered my call 2 years after our complete roof & gutter project with CRS that we are still so happy with but had a squirrel pull up some corner shingles & gutter guards..she was knowledgeable and so helpful..she got approval to send Kelvin over who was friendly, knowledgeable & took care of it for us to prevent any water or issues down the line. They both & the whole CRS company have done right by us again & we love local companies that we can recommend to anyone!!

The service we received with Mike Stone and CRS goes beyond the stars allotted on a review. A large mature tree fell on our home causing significant damage. What followed was a months-long dissension with our insurance carrier to cover the repairs. Mike stood by our family, invested in the process as if this were his own home, every step of the way. We asked ourselves on many occasions; "When is Mike going to give up on this complicated project and process?" He never did, although he admitted it was by far the worst insurance debacle he had ever seen.Four months, four adjusters and one advocate later, we were ready to sign a contract with CRS and all facets of our job were promptly scheduled and expertly completed within a week. The crew rebuilt a large portion of our roof and made sure our home was structurally safe. They replaced siding, gutters, interior/exterior roofing, a window screen and took care of the interior wall damages as well. With the threat of rain, the crew worked overtime to complete our job the same day. The tarp CRS installed after the initial damage was a "rock star" and withstood months of the elements, preventing further damage to our home.Mike has been a hands on, constant contact and force. Our family is so appreciative of his patience and honesty throughout this journey. His unassuming manner and generous nature are Mike's best qualities and gave us comfort during a very difficult time. What I loved most was his reassuring texts and emails promising our home would look as if nothing had happened. And, it did!Mike and CRS (manager Kelvin, office staff and crew) were reasonable and no-nonsense. They were professional and their expert knowledge was apparent not only in the finished product but in every interaction along the way. We are so grateful to have found CRS and Mike Stone! We recommend his services highly and without reservation.

I got an honest appraisal for the roof on my house. The work was detailed precisely in the contract. They were on time, and finished the work in one day, with the gutter installation a few days later. They cleaned up thoroughly the same day they installed the roof. Some minor damage was quickly fixed good as new. I can’t imagine doing it all any better.

CRS is an outstanding roofing company. Responsive, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and thorough, they are vastly superior to any of the other roofers I used for 20 years before discovering them 5+ years ago. I have used CRS multiple times to work on a flat roof and a pitched asphalt roof. I honestly can't say enough about their diligence, professionalism, and capabilities. They want to solve the problem, and present the best solution, even if it isn't the most profitable for them. My first experience with them was when I had a mysterious leak. Jairo was the 3rd person I met after appointments with 2 other roofers who both proposed a new roof and various other expensive, involved treatments. Nothing that those roofers proposed would have solved my leak. Jairo, the flat roof whisperer, was able to diagnose the problem, which only needed the correct caulk, placed in the correct position! The leak was solved for good. Simple? Only if you had the eyes, intelligence and capacity to figure it out. This is just one example among several other experiences that have caused me to have such confidence and relief in finding CRS. From Katie's friendly, capable style to the rest of the crew, CRS is simply the best of the best.

I am highly impressed with the work of CRS and really can't say enough good things about this company. I am so glad we chose them to replace the roof on our office building. The price was very fair and the customer service was fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was prompt and professional throughout the project, answering all of our questions very quickly and always going above and beyond to address any concerns and ensure the work was carried out safely and expediently. The level of communication was phenomenal from start to finish. Katie was exceptional; she coordinated the scheduling of everything flawlessly. I am in Dumont NJ and did siding job with CRS.I had roof replacement about 2 years ago and their service was great, they response was very quick and problem was taken care immediately.That was the reason that I decide to do siding job together with CRS again.From the beginning Mike Stone visit and gave estimate and he was very informative and gave all the details about quote with nice and reasonable price.He gave me prompt return call back on every my question during the initial stage include quote.Once job decided to go with CRSKelvin- project manger- did come to house to check the site and he was linked to me with phone and messages for all siding job periods.The communication was more than expected because of Kelvin's great customer care.Also all crew members did work great and they were all very organized together.Always all jobs ,there was some minor issues, but when I have some minor issues, Kelvin took care of this problem and with Mike's approval every issue was taken care of and fixed ASAP.This is the service what I like and CRS is great for before service and after service, they knows how to do business and how to satisfy the customers.

Complete Roofing Systems replaced my flat roof in March of 2025, they also repaired some of my shingled portion of the roof and did repair on my chimney as well. Mike Stone at Complete Roofing Systems is a true professional and very trustworthy. Mike was extremely thorough and detailed with my estimate, but it was simple to understand. Mike was upfront about all the work needed to replace my roof, there were no surprises which was refreshing. Mike kept me updated on the start of my project after he received my initial deposit, I did not have to follow up with him for the status, he consistently kept me updated about the start date.The work was completed in one day and Mike personally came by at the start of my project even though Mike had assigned a project manager to be at my home during the replacement. I have been an engineer for 30 years. I’m usually disappointed when dealing with contractors as I have collected a vast amount of knowledge and experience along the way. Most roofers are not trained or educated well. They don’t follow specifications or manufacturer guidelines. It’s kind of the Wild West. Mike Stone was probably the only roofer in my lifetime that I talked to that impressed me. Complete Roof Systems has designed different tiers of roofing packages that are specific to the job. This is brilliant as every house and structure are different as well as the situation. They have compiled installation techniques , various materials and levels of warranties that cannot be matched. I can’t believe I’m about to say this, but Mike Stone taught me a thing or two during our project. They are literally the Picasso of roofing. I would highly recommend CRS Roofing. My husband and I met with many roofing companies before hiring CRS for a total roof replacement, gutters and gutter guards. Mike Stone was fantastic. He was responsive to our questions and concerns. The quality and the workmanship of the contractors was exceptional. My husband noticed a slight issue in one part of the gutter after the first big rainstorm since installation. This review is long overdue as I did not leave it right away. It’s been 18 months since Complete Roof Systems did my roofing , siding, insulation and upgraded my ventilation.Had many companies out. Unfortunately most roofing companies are not qualified , shady , unprofessional , don’t have insurance and so on.Mike Stone was the most knowledgeable, professional and efficient person I have ever dealt with in my life when it comes to my home and doing business. He’s like a walking encyclopedia . The guy should really work for nasa or something.Our house is the nicest on the block now. I am saving so much money on utilities since the upgrade and my house is so much more energy efficient.His contracts are written perfect. He did everything that he said he was going to do. His crews are top notch.He was not the cheapest guy but he’s worth every single penny I promise you. You could not ask for a more pain free pleasurable experience than how this project ran.It’s actually depressing dealing with other types of contractors now after Mike Stone and CRS.They are definitely hall of fame MVP status. Mike Stone and his team did a great job re-doing vertical vinyl siding for us. Mike took his measurements and gave us a fair quote next day. Once the materials arrived, the job was done in less than 2 days and we did not need to be present. When we arrived the site was clean and the house looked anew. Highly recommend them!

Lucas was our first point of contact, & he was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time explaining the full roof replacement process and gave us a great price in comparison to another company we’d received an estimate from. On the day of installation, the team showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. We have a cupola atop our garage which they had to remove prior to shingling that area. Before reattaching the cupola, they kindly made repairs to areas of it that were weathered, and we were very pleased with the outcome. Also, we have a skylight in our bathroom which ended up needing to be replaced. CRS gave us a great estimate, we agreed to move forward, and they were able to secure us a new skylight & have one of their guys come and oversee its installation – and all in a matter of a couple of hours. The whole job was completed in one day, and we look forward to many worry-free years of coverage now that we have our new roof! Plus, we feel confident that should anything go wrong (which we don’t anticipate it will) we are protected by a solid warranty.

I HIGHLY recommend this roofing company. They are courteous/polite, patient, dependable and incredibly professional. They are truly knowledgeable and did an excellent job. My contact person was Lucas Fragala; he has GREAT customer service skills and was very helpful. The workers did a great job protecting my garden and also with cleaning up afterwards. Christian, the Project Manager, was also wonderful. He was receptive to all of my questions and concerns and explained everything clearly. Thank you CRS!

Splendor Roofing had just finished replacing my roof 3 days ago and they did an amazing job. From the first consultation through completion of the project was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The twam is very professional, transparent, and very experienced You can tell that customer satisfaction was very important and they made sure i was updated with pictures in every step of the way. Eric, the foreman, was also more than willing to take time to answer any needs and made sure your needs are met. Also, the cleanup was very thorough and worth noting. Had a roof put on by CRS October 2023. The batch of shingles that were installed started to curl from a manufacture defect that nobody was aware of. CRS made good and came and re did the entire roof after I submitted claim paperwork to the manufacture of the shingles. Amanda in the CRS office helped me every step of the way and ensured I would not owe a penny to get it fixed. I’m not sure a smaller business would have ensured I would be made whole after a product defect (which was no fault to CRS at all) and probably would have left me with a major headache. CRS came through for the customer in the end and I can now enjoy a leak and curl free roof!

CRS installed my last roof in 1990 that was replaced in 2013 on one side due to a tornado after 23 years . The other side lasted until 2021 after 31 years ! also damaged by a hurricane so again I had to use homeowners insurance and had that side replaced so technically the roof could have lasted over thirty to 40 years , but the side replaced in 2013 started having problems after 9ish years because I was foolish for not calling CRS so I decided to use CRS again and it looks great . If not for tornadoes their roofing job from the late twentieth century 1990 might still be in place as it was bullet proof . Anything I asked for I had no trouble getting and no pushing sales gimmicks and knew about engineering problems related to my choices as to why they where a bad idea and it made perfect sense . Give them a call ...NOW !
