The manufacturing of product inside their buildings generates a enormous amount of heat which make for a very uncomfortable working environment in the summer months. They took it upon themselves to paint the roof silver to reflect some of the heat.
#1: Install white thermoplastic roof system on their buildings.
#2: Coat their roofs with a White GAF roof coating.

Power wash all roof areas that are to be coated. The black EPDM roofs need a special primer prior to coating. Apply a base coat of the white coating at a rate of coverage specified by the manufacturer. Apply a white finish coat.
