Existing Condition:

The roof on the main house and chapel was an old smooth surface modified bitumen membrane that had reached the end of its serviceable life.

Scope of Work:

Main house

Powerwash the existing roof surface
Apply Acrymax AF-127 primer to the cleaned surface.
Apply an Acrymax AF-130XT fluid applied roof system with an embedded polyester reinforcement fabric.

The chapel

Remove the existing roof down to the concrete deck.
Fully adhere new insulation directly over the concrete deck.
Install a Carlisle “Sure-Weld” Fully Adhered Roof System using 115mil White Fleeceback TPO.
