Existing Condition:

White Granular SBS in poor condition. Multiple leaks throughout building.

Options:

1. Remove the existing roof assembly and install a new roofing system of choice
2. Install a premium Carlisle TPO System

17,000 sqft

Scope of Work:

New insulation was installed directly over the existing roof. A Carlisle Sure-Weld Mechanically Fastened roof system was installed using .060 White TPO. All new flashings were installed along with new non-penetrating metal edge. All work was covered by a manufacturer’s  20 year NDL warranty that included coverage for consequential damages.
