Existing Condition:
The existing roof was a multi-layer roof system that was in poor condition.
Options:
Due to the condition of the roof and the fact that there were two layers, full tear-off and complete replacement was the only option.

26,000 sq ft.
Scope of Work:
Remove the existing roof down to the steel decking. Install 3.5” polyisocyanurate insulation and a Carlisle Fully Adhered 60mil EPDM roof system with a 20 year manufacturer’s warranty.
