About The Role

Complete Roof Systems, a family-owned, local roofing company with over 45 years of experience in New Jersey, is seeking a Residential Salesperson. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.

CRS has an exceptional support team to handle all aspects of pre-sale, bookings, and project management, leaving you free to concentrate on the prospect and the sale. 

Our traditional and digital marketing means you’ll be handed pre-qualified leads. You don’t have to worry about door-knocking or cold calling.

  • Represent our company and its brand with integrity, respect, and professionalism.

  • Acquire, retain and develop industry knowledge through provided training.

  • Meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Experience in outside sales preferred.

  • Experience in roofing, siding, and windows sales is a big plus.

  • Manufacturer certifications and trainings are a plus.

  • Fluent in understanding and speaking English. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Be willing to be trained and certified in a variety of products and applications.

  • Must know Microsoft Office Suite of products.

  • A professional attitude, the ability to work independently, and strong time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to follow directions within a high pace environment.
