Complete Roof Systems, a family-owned, local roofing company with over 45 years of experience in New Jersey, is seeking a Residential Salesperson. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.
CRS has an exceptional support team to handle all aspects of pre-sale, bookings, and project management, leaving you free to concentrate on the prospect and the sale.
Our traditional and digital marketing means you’ll be handed pre-qualified leads. You don’t have to worry about door-knocking or cold calling.

Acquire, retain and develop industry knowledge through provided training.
Meet and exceed sales goals.
Experience in outside sales preferred.
Experience in roofing, siding, and windows sales is a big plus.
Manufacturer certifications and trainings are a plus.
Fluent in understanding and speaking English. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Be willing to be trained and certified in a variety of products and applications.
Must know Microsoft Office Suite of products.
A professional attitude, the ability to work independently, and strong time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to follow directions within a high pace environment.
