About The Role

Complete Roof Systems, a family-owned, local roofing company with over 45 years of experience in New Jersey, is seeking an Insulation Salesperson. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.

CRS has an exceptional support team to handle all aspects of pre-sale, bookings, and project management, leaving you free to concentrate on the prospect and the sale. 

Our traditional and digital marketing means you’ll be handed pre-qualified leads. You don’t have to worry about door-knocking or cold calling.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft products, including Excel and Word is required

  • Prior knowledge of insulation or building materials is preferred

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Knowledge of the construction industry including laws, regulations, and best practices

  • Knowledge of effective sales and marketing practices for showing, promoting, and selling products or services

  • Knowledge of basic mathematics to solve problems

  • Highly skilled in oral and written communication

  • Skilled in identifying and efficiently resolving problems

  • Skilled in professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion

  • Skilled in active listening, including providing full attention to instructions, asking questions when needed, and understanding and following procedures

  • The ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior

  • The ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others

  • The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with coworkers, customers, and vendors

  • The ability to learn new information and develop new skills as they relate to specific job duties

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • A professional attitude, the ability to work independently, and strong time management skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to follow directions within a high pace environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in understanding and speaking English. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus
