Al Logan ( Founder & CEO )has been in the roofing industry since 1961. He learned the field from the bottom up, first delivering product to the trades in the employ of a roofing distributor and then working as a territorial manager, covering lower New York and northern New Jersey, for one of the industry’s largest roofing manufacturers. During this tenure, Al perceived the need for a greater degree of professionalism and dependability within the roofing industry. In September of 1977, determined to establish a company based on commitment to the customer in terms of knowledge and service, he founded CRS.
Dean Logan ( President )was introduced to the roofing industry in 1980 where he spent his weekends working on roofs. At an early age Dean was exposed to all types of roofing and construction. In 1995, after graduating from Ramapo College, Dean starting working full time at CRS. Three years were spent working on the roof in the commercial roofing division learning how roofs were installed. The next phase of his career was spent in both residential and commercial sales. In sales is where Dean utilized his past experiences on the roof to help design effective solutions for new roof assemblies. Over time Dean’s responsibilities within the business increased. As President, Dean is responsible for all aspects of the business, but most importantly he is responsible for maintaining its high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Ed O'Hara ( Service Manager )Ed started in the construction industry back in the mid 1970. After graduating from Seton hall University, he worked for Reynolds Aluminum as a Sales Rep, after which he went into the Home Improvement Business and spent the past 30 years expanding his experence and knowledge. His back grounds includes owning and operating his own construction company, doing all phases of home improvements including building new homes. Presently he is responsible for service and repair aspect of CRS and also he is heavily involved with CRS sales family, which allows Ed the unique advantage of being involved with the initial sale of a project, the ordering of the material, assigning the man power to do the project, and seeing the project to fruition. This allows Ed to maintain the high degree of customer satisfaction which the CRS family has maintained for the past 32 years.
